Join Maria for a facial gua sha workshop, where participants will learn a brief history of gua sha, techniques to ensure safety & proper after care, in addition to a live demonstration prior to creating your own gua sha routine. Maria will provide feedback to participants on the technique & address any questions about facial gua sha.​​​​

Facial gua sha is a technique that can support lymph drainage, boost collagen and elastin production, reduce puffiness, and can also be used to address sinus issues such as sinus pressure and/or headaches.
